My Story
Growing up in Switzerland, in a healthy, organic and outdoorsy environment, I have always been interested in natural & homemade food. I am a passionate home cook and enjoy creating colourful meals for my family of six. I was always searching to optimise the health and energy levels of everyone around me and then decided to take my interest to the next level and study Nutritional Therapy at the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine. I was awarded a First-Class Honours and have since become an active member of the British Association for Applied Nutritional Therapy.
I am a firm believer in healthy living but in a balanced and informed way – no fad diets and calorie counting! I enjoy sharing delicious recipes and educating my clients about the power and beauty of food and the medicinal effect of eating right.

I like to coach my clients towards a lifestyle of mindful eating that is both nutritious and pleasurable.
Staying on a steady path of healthy eating can feel like a daunting task when lacking guidance and structure. That is why I provide a bespoke nutrition plan tailored to each of my clients, combined with positive and practical meal support.
My aim is for you to become the best version of yourself. You will come out armed with an arsenal of realistic and healthy habits – instead of self-depriving ‘old style’ fad diets.

I work using the functional medicine model, which involves finding and addressing the root causes of ill health, rather than just dealing with symptoms. This may involve additional tests to determine underlying causes.
